For raw material quality control (IQC):
We collect materia samples from all suppliers and perform some quality tests. After we check and approve the material factory, we will start to make samples of finished product for testing and evaluation.
For producing quality control (PQC):
Confirm the first product for each batch of order and set up the product standard for production department.
All products in production must meet the requirements of the first sample. Before production, the raw materials of the products must be inspected and confirmed whether the materials are correct.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):
We will carry out another sampling inspection of quality control before the products ready for shipment.
Comprehensive check and confirm the package status, anti-collision materials, product identification/safety labeling, accessories, user manual/warranty, product performance test report, outer box label, etc.To ensure that the goods received by the customer are in accordance with the contract.
